Rod Kasler has been preaching the Word of God at First Christian Church of Martins Ferry since 1990. He received his Masters Degree from Kentucky Christian College. Rod began preaching in 1971 and was ordained in 1972. He has served churches in Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina. He has been married to Wendy for almost 40 years. He has two children and two grand children.

Justin Hill has been the Youth Minister at First Christian Church of Martins Ferry since 2003. He graduated from Capital University with a bachelors degree in Criminology and Psychology. In addition to his Youth Minister responsibilities, Justin also leads an adult small group, is co-director of Upward basketball and cheerleading, and serves as Assistant Principal at Martins Ferry Christian School. Justin has been married to Carrie for twelve years and has two children.
